I agree with my friend Nikki (talk trustafarian) Spread the word buddy
I love photojojo. I’m a little bit of a wimp when it comes to all things medical but every little counts I hope - spread the word people!!
Photojojo’s very own Amit (he founded Photojojo!) recently found out that he has leukemia.
He needs to find a bone marrow match - particularly of South Asian descent (Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan etc) - to cure it.
Help him find a match! Tomorrow, we’ll be taking part in a swabbing party in San Francisco. We want you to come.
If you’re not in SF, you can still help Amit & others cure their leukemia!
- Get a swab test. It’s free, painless & takes 2 seconds.
- Organize a photo booth swabbing party! [See: DIY photo booth tutorial]
- Spread the word! Share this link. Join the Facebook group.
- If you’re outside the U.S., get in touch here.
- Or donate to the National Bone Marrow Registry.

Its rare to find such a beautiful green oases within a city like Bombay, one of the most populated cities in the world. Having had the privilege of living atop a mountain surrounded by Eucalyptus trees and spending History class outside lying on grass in Kodaikanal. Then spending 3 years in England where I never fell short of gardens even if its just your back garden, coming back to Bombay made me realise this relationship that I take for granted.
It is a privilege to enjoy green spaces, given that an average Mumbaikar has just 0.13% of it. Go out there and make the full use of it :)
I will compare these posts with the urban jungle.
You pick which you prefer :)
